Digital Solutions Technical Support Specialist

A DAY IN THE LIFE

Maintain documentation of technical solutions, troubleshooting procedures, and FAQs.
Collaborate with the Support team to resolve issues and address user questions. Escalate unresolved issues to internal teams for timely resolution.
Collaborate with Directors of Technology Application on feature enhancements and training.
Stay updated with industry trends to enhance product knowledge and contribute to the product pipeline.

HIRING PREFERENCES

In addition to your passion for technology and software solutions tailored for livestock operations, we count on your strong communication skills and ability to convey technical information effectively. _
MSc in Animal Science, Agricultural Science, Animal Biology, or related fields.
Strong problemsolving and analytical abilities with attention to detail.
Excellent multitasking and time management skills in a dynamic work environment.
Customeroriented mindset with a focus on exceptional service.
Team player attitude with effective collaboration skills.

NICE TO HAVE

Experience with animal models or precision farming software is a plus.
Experience with CRM systems and ticketing tools is advantageous.
Proficiency in English; French language skills are an asset.
