We are an electronic company currently seeking to hire an office clerk with office & marketing duties.

Selfmotivated and able to work with mínimal supervision
Ability to speak and use Mandarin and English fluently
Require a minimum 1 year of office working experience in Canada
Knowledge of online digital Marketing

Work duties include the following but not limited to:

Product assembling and provisioning
Order processing, packaging, and arranging for courier
Quality control testing
Inventory count and control
Handle incoming phone calls, respond to electronic inquiries, and provide customer support
Assist other coworkers when necessary
Other clerical duties may assign
Manage online sales platforms and social media accounts such as Amazon, eBay, Facebook, TikTok, etc.
Create online Deals, Coupon and Promotion
Manage the Account Health, Feedback, Reviews and Rating of all online sales platform accounts
Ability to perform Keyword search, manage Keyword positioning and product pricing plan, and handle advertising on the online sales platforms

This is a full-time position Monday to Friday, 7 hours/day (9:30am to 4:30pm). We are looking for a long-term employee.
