Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily work orders submitted by the members
• Work with contractors in the building

.Regular inspection of the buildings, including common areas & mechanical rooms. Reporting to the Site Manager any deficiencies/issues with building and/or systems.

.Responding to all emergencies, interacting with contractors & members in a kind & professional manner.

.Weekly garbage/recycling; removal of garbage and recycling for pick-up from the city on the scheduled pick-up day, sorting & breaking down of recycling items.

.Enforcing rules & regulations of the building

• Responsible for coordinating and completing all maintenance activities to improve the reliability, safety, and cleanliness of the building.
• Ensures that work is completed as scheduled, to high standards and that all safety protocols are followed at all times.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Building Superintendent is an asset.
• High School Diploma
• Experience in Plumbing and Electrical systems an asset.
• Knowledgeable of mechanical systems of a building an asset
• Experience in performing janitorial duties
• Dependable and trustworthy
• English (verbal & written)
• Must have good customer service skills to deal with member issues.
• Time management and communication skills

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
