Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation Support: Assist in identifying and pursuing new leads through various channels, collaborating closely with the team to generate leads on behalf of our Franchise Dealer partner.
• Customer Follow-Up: Provide prompt and professional communication with potential and existing customers, addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and effectively connecting customers to their dream vehicle.
• Client Outreach Assistance: Aid in conducting outreach to maintain and expand our client base, ensuring accurate recordkeeping and efficient communication with sales staff and finance.
• Product Demo Support: Assist in showcasing product features to potential buyers, staying informed about developments and trends in collaboration with sales staff.
• Customer Relationship Support: Provide excellent service throughout the customer journey, assisting with inquiries and ensuring satisfaction in collaboration with sales staff.

Salary:
$33,765.74-$270,765.31 per year
