   What you'll do

   Position title: SAP iXp Intern - User Assistance Developer

   Location: Waterloo

   Expected start date: May 2024

4. Improve, update, and correct existing documentation
5. Gather information and learn complex technical concepts by speaking with developers, reading existing documentation, and experimenting with our software
6. Work as part of a writing team where you adhere to a common style and work with other writers to write, edit, and review topics
7. Write in a DITA XML environment

8. Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills

11. Knowledge of accepted technical writing principles and practices
12. Experience with XML authoring tools
13. Familiarity with database concepts

    The User Assistance team is an integral part of the Engineering Team. We develop the information critical to our customers' success with our products. Our deliverables include blogs and videos as well programming guides, installation guides, user guides, administration guides, online help, and more. Work closely with professional writers and software developers to gain a real understanding of software documentation and user assistance. This position is challenging and rewarding, so come prepared to do real work, contribute to the success of an industry leader, and take pride in your accomplishments.
