Your daily life:
In this role, you will:
- Use proactive research techniques (headhunting) by building relationships with potential professionals in the job market;
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talents, using a combination of traditional and innovative recruitment channels;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's recruitment processes and selection practices;
- Identify recruitment needs in collaboration with department managers and People & Culture business partners;
- Write clear and attractive job descriptions, highlighting the benefits and opportunities offered by the company;
- Disseminate job offers on various online platforms, social networks, professional forums, etc.;
What We're Looking For:
- Any combination of experience and training relevant to the position will be considered;
- 3 years' experience in a relevant role related to the position;
- Indepth knowledge of recruitment best practices and labor market trends;
- Strong written and oral communication skills;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills;
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Bilingualism (English/French);
- Experience in international recruitment an asset;
- Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) an asset;
- Demonstrated knowledge of relevant sourcing tools;
- Strong interest in business and ability to highlight the Employer Value Proposition (EVP);
- Experience in implementing employer branding is an asset;
- Demonstrate professionalism, autonomy and excellent judgment;
- Ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization, work with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds and demonstrate a strong sense of customer service.
