Job summary

The Professional Development Project Administrator supports the Professional Development (PD) department by assisting with ad hoc projects, financial reporting, budgeting, invoice processing, data analytics, and conference speaker engagement and logistics.

Responsibilities

  • Departmental Financial and Data Reporting: Assist with PD departmental reporting in the areas of financial transaction processing and analysis; statistics compilation and reporting; and data analytics and reporting.
  • Project Support: Provide staff support for PD team projects, as they arise.
  • Seminar and Speaker Coordination and Planning: Working with the Associate Director, PD and the conference planning team, assist with content planning and speaker outreach and engagement for various CPABC conferences and PD series and events.
