    The Opportunity


    Aritzia is growing and our Workplace Operations team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for designing and planning our global workplace network, connecting our people across geographies and spaces. You will play a pivotal role in enabling seamless front-end operations, ensuring the most important programs and initiatives are realized while fostering alignment across the department and cross-functional partners.     The Role


    As the Director, Central Workplace Operations, you will lead the team to:

    • Establish the strategic approach to design and operate a global network of Everyday Luxury Workplaces
    • Design and plan our workplace network, connecting our people across geographies and spaces
    • Maximize workforce productivity and reduce churn
    • Ensure the most important programs and initiatives are realized methodologically and entrepreneurially, while connecting and organizing the division
    • Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.

    The Director, Central Workplace Operations has:

    • Proven and best-in-class skills, applicable certifications, education and/or experience

    • The skills to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomes
    • The ability to set clear objectives and design a strategy that inspires the team

    The Compensation


    The typical hiring range for this position is $150,000-$200,000 CAD per year. The final agreed-upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Additionally, this position may be eligible for a bonus and equity.
