Job summary
+We are seeking a reliable Building Operator to manage our diverse portfolio of properties across Winnipeg.+You will oversee multiple buildings within the city, each with different requirements and tenant needs. You will travel between properties using your own reliable vehicle, with full mileage reimbursement provided.
The buildings in this portfolio are conveniently located within a short drive of each other, making your route efficient while keeping your work interesting.
You will be the key point of contact for multiple properties, giving you the opportunity to develop expertise across different building types and client relationships.
+Responsibilities
+B Apply a proactive approach to mechanical and physical repairs/maintenance,+ Careful attention to detail and improved maintenance standards,+ Ensure building equipment operates efficiently and effectively,<+ The properties are seen as well-cared for facilities.+Specific duties include addressing building climate concerns,+ Lighting requests,<+ Minor plumbing,+ Performing emergency snow and ice removal,<+ Site garbage tours and pick up,<+ Operating automation systems including HVAC security,- Coordinating tenant requests.,+, Supervise contractor activities during regular time + after hours when needed.,+, Participate in company HSSE program incluiding hazard assessments + safe work procedures for all associated tasks prior to commencing work.,+, Energy Management review implementation of cost savings.,+, Excellent quality tenant services emphasizing cooperative helpful approach in all interactions with tenants-, Assist supervision tenant buildouts construction capital projects - being liaison ensure procedures timeliness quality control maintained JLL standards- Ensuring appropriate environmental safety procedures implemented compliance government regulations contribute overall performance company portfolio ,+Job description
