Manage day-to-day operation of the department.- Plan, manage and implement schedules to meet daily customer commitments and ensure that the plan is properly executed.
- Review workload and manpower to meet customer commitments in a costeffective manner.
- Ensure that projects are completed timely, within budget and to the customer's satisfaction.
- Improve individual performance of the field force you manage through daily, monthly and yearly performance reviews.
- Provide estimates to customers for service.
- Organizes and maintains all corresponding documents pertaining to each and every job.
- Follow up with technicians to ensure that we capture all completed jobs and obtain customer signatures on same.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Knowledge in MS Office and QuickBooks preferred. Diploma/Certificate in Business Administration would be an asset.
Wages:
We offer a competitive wage based on experience and performance.

$80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
