Description
Manage day-to-day operation of the department.

  • Plan, manage and implement schedules to meet daily customer commitments and ensure that the plan is properly executed.
  • Review workload and manpower to meet customer commitments in a costeffective manner.
  • Ensure that projects are completed timely, within budget and to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Improve individual performance of the field force you manage through daily, monthly and yearly performance reviews.
  • Provide estimates to customers for service.
  • Organizes and maintains all corresponding documents pertaining to each and every job.
  • Follow up with technicians to ensure that we capture all completed jobs and obtain customer signatures on same.

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Strong mechanical aptitude.
years of experience in the overhead doors & gate industry. Strong oral and written communication skills.

  • Knowledge in MS Office and QuickBooks preferred. Diploma/Certificate in Business Administration would be an asset.

Wages:
We offer a competitive wage based on experience and performance.

Work Remotely

$80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
