Job Summary:
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teachers for our clients.
As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing and educational environment for young children.
Your primary responsibility will be to create engaging lesson plans and facilitate learning experiences that promote the social, emotional, and cognitive development of each child.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement ageappropriate lesson plans and activities
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child
- Monitor and assess the progress of each child
- Collaborate with parents to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education
- Maintain accurate records of each child's development and behavior
- Create a safe and healthy learning environment
- Utilize technology to enhance learning experiences
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices
- Proficient in English language (written and spoken)
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
- Passion for educating young children and fostering their growth
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with computerized learning tools and software
- Strong classroom management skills
Qualifications:
- Valid BC ECE/ IT certification
- Valid first aid certificate including CPR.
- Clear criminal record
- Legal to work in Canada (citizen, PR, or work permit).

$23.00-$30.00 per hour
