Your role at Baxter:


  • The Technical Services Administrator is responsible for planning and coordinating activities related to Depot and Field Operations in Canada.

What you'll be doing:


  • Administration of all reports required by Educators and/or Health Authorities (including gathering and sending of all service reports; performance reports (e.g. PM completions)
  • Maintaining uptodate patient data (and PM) list of all patients on the HD program(s)o
  • Assign & track tasks to Field Service Representatives
  • Responsible for Performing monthly billing, service contracts, quotes, extended warranty billing at month end, and ondemand billing.
  • Enter Technical Services Agreements information into the company database and maintain the electronic and paper files to ensure completeness, accuracy, and relevant archiving for future and convenient reference
  • Participate in sales meetings and provide updates on observations, leads, competitive offerings, and market trends
  • Develop ad hoc customerspecific service reports to detail historical service needs of the customer and status of their current asset base
  • Summarize Service Contract opportunities in various provinces and provide to the associated regional sales rep
  • Initiating annual and/or ondemand POs for approved suppliers
  • Performing receipts of the invoices in a timely manner
  • Designs and develops project plans to implement new policies, programs and initiatives, and operating processes of strategic significance at the depot and field.

What you'll bring:


  • Diploma of Technology or Business
  • Experienced in Operation Management or Business Administration or Project Management
  • 35 years of experience in a service environment, the ability to work independently with mínimal supervision is required
  • Written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to provide a high level of customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
