    We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team.

    Job Description

    This role involves providing individualized and resident-centered care to persons served in accordance with established standards, regulations, policies, and procedures. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating care delivery on an assigned unit and ensuring residents' rights are observed.

    • Assess residents' needs; implement and evaluate individualized resident-centred care plans.
    • Liaise with physicians, community agency representatives, families, visitors, volunteers other disciplines and departments to ensure quality resident-centered care is delivered.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    • A graduate of an approved program for practical nursing holding a current license with the British Columbia College of Nurses as LPN; valid Occupational First Aid Level 1 certification;
    • Successful annual Resident Assessment Instrument competency testing; previous experience in long term facility setting considered an asset;
