Job Description:


As the Assistant Car Sales Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Sales Manager in all aspects of the sales process.

You will assist in managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, and ensuring that sales goals are met.

Additionally, you will provide excellent customer service, help customers find the right vehicle for their needs, and handle any sales-related inquiries.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist the Sales Manager in overseeing the sales team and daily operations
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers throughout the sales process
  • Train and mentor sales staff to improve performance and achieve goals
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our vehicles, pricing, and promotions
  • Ensure that all sales transactions are completed accurately and in compliance with company policies

Requirements:


  • Minimum 2 years experience in sales, in the automotive industry
  • OMVIC License
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Must be organized and detailoriented
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
