Description

This person will perform general labourer tasks including but not limited to: degreasing, pressure washing, tank cleaning, setting up and tearing down hoses and equipment.

As well as all other tasks that might be assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize a variety of tools and machines such as power drills, shovels, sprayers, pressure washers, and water spraying equipment
Be capable of participating in all work-related tasks as assigned by your supervisor at a variety of locations in a safe and effective manner
Represent the Company by providing professional customer service to our clients, customers, vendors, both on and off the job
Work efficiently to meet or exceed our productivity goals while maintaining high quality standards
Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
Punctual and excellent attendance
Other duties as assigned
Familiarity and experience working with government documents such as manifests is an asset.
Perform trip inspections on equipment operated and load, ensuring safety and roadworthiness.
Check vehicles before driving them to ensure that mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment is in good working order.

Knowledge, Skills, Competencies:

High School diploma minimum.
Previous experience in the Industrial cleaning industry and/or working on industrial job sites is considered a definite asset
A minimum "G" license is preferred
Demonstrated organizational skills with strong oral and written communication abilities.
Exceptional organizational abilities with task prioritization, multi-tasking, use of timelines and time management techniques.
High level of personal integrity.
Strong work ethic.
Professional/mature demeanor under stressful situations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Confident, consistent decisive personality.
Will be required to work both indoors and outdoors.
Manual dexterity, ability to lift lbs required.
Overtime as required.
Weekend work may be required.
