Overview

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Account management for current customers
  • Providing excellent customer service to current and future clients
  • Generating leads & opening new accounts with the help of our international Broker.
  • Inbound and outbound phone calls regarding customer service and sales.
  • Assisting with price negotiations and costing.
  • Preparing and submitting sales contracts and orders.
  • Maintaining customer and business development leads.

Qualifications & Skills Required

  • 3 to 5 years of inside sales, account management and customer service experience
  • College diploma or bachelor's degree
  • Excellent and immediate followup skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Committed to providing toptier customer service
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Skilled at problem solving
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both with your team and with customers
  • Passion and knowledge of the food industry is a bonus but not required

Salary:
$37,817.99-$72,335.22 per year
