The Accounts Receivables Analyst position is responsible for supporting the success of the Accounts Receivable [AR] team.

Completes accounts receivable tasks and recording of required system transactions with a focus on credit review and financial analysis, collections and claims management.


What you will be doing:

  • Prepares day to day and adhoc AR reporting as required to support regular reviews and achievement of ongoing individual and departmental metrics, KPIs and objectives.
  • Supports AR accounting period close meeting assigned task deadlines as required. Assist in the maintenance of controls over accounting systems, transactions and records involved in the AR function to ensure compliance with internal control policies.
  • Support Order Management process, credit limit and past due issue resolution. Releasing of credit holds as required and per company policies. Building and maintaining relationships and effective communications with both internal partners and external key customers.
  • As assigned ad hoc support for AR projects and continuous improvement initiative testing.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
  • 23 years' experience in Accounts Receivable, Payable or related financial function
  • Experience with the financial analysis of customer finance statement and credit evaluations
  • Experience with JDE Edwards 9+ versions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ability to plan and organize work independently ensuring a high level of attention to detail
  • Initiative and results oriented and able to collaborate and build relationships across various teams and with internal and external customers.
