Job Description:


As a Real Estate Agent at The Realty Firm, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients buy and sell properties.

You will provide expert guidance, build lasting relationships, and ensure a seamless transaction process for your clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties.
  • Conduct property evaluations and market analyses to determine the best listing price.
  • Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and regulations.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the real estate transaction.
  • Develop and maintain a network of clients, referrals, and industry contacts.
  • Showcase properties to potential buyers and conduct property tours.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients.
  • Stay informed about real estate financing, mortgages, and legal requirements.
  • Utilize digital and traditional marketing strategies to promote listings.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all transactions.

Qualifications:

  • Ontario Real Estate License or enrollment in Humber College program (required)
  • Strong work ethic and a commitment to professionalism
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationshipbuilding abilities
  • Goaloriented and selfmotivated
  • Techsavvy with knowledge of real estate software and tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

Salary:
$1.00-$200,000.00 per year


Expected hours:
No less than 5 per week
