Description

We are looking for a mature and versatile marketing professional who will be responsible for supporting our clients' online presence as well as a gowing team.

The position is full time in our Scarborough office. There is a potential for this position to also work out of our Whitby office.


You will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand for each client through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.

This is an opportunity to work with industry expert and learn while you work.


What You Will Do
Some of the essential aspects of the position include:

  • Plans and executes monthly online marketing campaigns for clients from ideation to execution following the client requirements
  • Successfully manages the team of marketing professionals working on various client social media projects
  • Designs, builds, and maintains the client's social media presence
  • Contributes to client marketing effectiveness by identifying shortterm and longrange issues that must be addressed
  • Measures and reports performance of all client digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies for clients through digital marketing, communicates these well to clients, and gets them onboard to move forward
  • Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels
  • Performs other duties as assigned

What You Have

  • A passion and deep understanding of marketing and social media
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing
  • Proficiency optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Successful experience managing a team of marketing professionals
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SE Ranking, etc.)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
  • Creating and maintaining client relationships
  • Coaching and mentoring of team members
  • Selfmotivated and customer focused
  • Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
