Position Summary
Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support to the executive leadership team:
- Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation as needed
- Prepare and review documents, reports, and presentations
- Assist members of the executive leadership team with administrative tasks, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other relevant materials
Coordinate meetings, special projects, and initiatives:
- Coordinate and manage details associated with quarterly board meetings
- Manage and execute special projects as assigned by members of the executive leadership team
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports or presentations as needed
- Monitor project timelines and ensure deliverables are met
Handle confidential information:
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information and documents
- Exercise discretion and good judgment when dealing with confidential matters
General administrative tasks:
- Maintain accurate records, files, and databases
- Process expense reports and manage office supply inventory
- Assist with the coordination of company events, meetings, and conferences
Education & Skill Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field is preferred
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably supporting Clevel executives
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problemsolving abilities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar management software
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to work independently and anticipate needs
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure
