In this role, YOU WILL:

Become part of a great technology Team supporting the design and development of innovative software solutions for the Dairy Industry
Strive to develop expertise in business processes, data, and systems
Develop technical specifications, diagrams, and flowcharts to assist development activities
Troubleshoot issues for endusers and resolve in a timely manner
Monitor and support core system processes
Perform Quality Assurance by writing and executing technical test cases
Contribute to the success of the technology Team by preparing accurate and complete business and technical requirements
Consistently show commitment to improving work processes through efficiency, productivity, and cost management
Participate in the envisioning, estimation, and planning of technology projects and initiatives to prioritize and schedule tasks accordingly
Manage and balance multiple concurrent assignments and deadlines
Find innovative solutions to business challenges

YOU OFFER:

Demonstrated experience with proven success in:
reading and writing SQL queries

- understanding Stored Procedures, Functions and Triggers in relational databases

5+ years of experience in Information Technology or a related field
Excellent analytical, problemsolving, and quantitative analysis abilities
Proven ability to learn in a fastpaced, dynamic, and challenging environment
A creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to effectively interface with customers and crossfunctional Teams
Comfort providing work estimates and meeting deadlines

Distributing and communicating data using SSIS and SSRS
Interactive data visualization tools (SSAS, Power BI)
Working with data warehouses and analyzing OLAP cube data using Excel or Power BI

Faire partie d'une excellente équipe technologique pour appuyer la conception et l'élaboration de solutions logicielles innovantes pour l'industrie laitière
Chercher à acquérir de l'expertise en ce qui concerne les processus, les données et les systèmes de l'entreprise

- Élaborer des spécifications techniques, des diagrammes et des organigrammes pour faciliter les activités de développement

Dépanner les utilisateurs finaux et résoudre les problèmes dans les meilleurs délais
Surveiller et soutenir les processus du système central
Assurer la qualité en rédigeant et en exécutant des cas de tests techniques
