Sales Representative to join our team


As a
Sales Representative with
Bridgewater Honda, you will connect with customers, showcase vehicles, and guide clients through the purchase process.

If you're a passionate, customer focused individual with experience in Sales, this role offers endless opportunities for growth and commissions.


Commission Wage Structure (Earning Potential of $100,000 + Annually)

  • For up to the first year of employment, to support your development, Steele Auto Group will provide you with a minimum Income Guarantee of $644.23 per week._

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Dive into engaging conversations with customers, either in-person or electronically, to truly understand needs, preferences, and budget.
  • Showcase or impressive range of Hyundai makes and models, highlighting features and benefits.
  • Guide customers through the selection process, helping them find the perfect vehicle to match their requirements.
  • Elevate the customer carbuying experience with testdrives and detailed product demonstrations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, throughout the sales process, ensuring satisfaction beyond the sale.
  • Fulfill other duties as required by managers, contributing the overall success of Steele Hyundai.

Requirements:


  • Passionate about the automotive industry
  • Enthusiastic personality, neat and professional in appearance
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Previous client service experience is an asset
  • Well organized, possess a good work ethic and a positive attitude
  • Hard working, selfmotivated and have excellent time management skills
  • Exceptional communication skills both inperson and online
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Have a valid driver's license and be able to provide an acceptable driver's abstract
