QUOTATIONS ASSOCIATE (LIGHTING)
RAB Design Lighting is a fast growing mid-sized Canadian owned and operated manufacturer and distributor of quality commercial and industrial lighting products. We are seeking a Quotations Specialist to join our company in South Etobicoke.

Overview:
Do you have a customer service or quotations background in the lighting or electrical industry? Do you enjoy speaking with people, are technically inclined and have great attention to detail? This permanent, full-time opportunity could be for you.
As a
Quotations Associate, you will represent RAB Design to our customers and outside sales as the main point of contact for quotations including, but not limited to, providing product information, quote maintenance, and general inquiries.
Communicate and coordinate activities with others to meet customer requests and expectations in a timely manner in accordance with the company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a key liaison between the customer and other departments within the organization.
- Prepare quotation documentation with accuracy.
- Analyze customer requests to ensure proper product type is selected.
- Analyze specifications while ensuring the best price possible.
- Utilize all information and tools available to proactively assist customers with product availability, pricing, and other inquiries.
- Collaborate with Outside Sales and Sales Agents by managing quotations, fulfilling sample requests, and responding to other inquiries.
- Provide support as backup for other team members within the Customer Success department, as needed.
- Other related duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Core Qualifications:
- Experience in a fastpaced team environment interacting with engineers, contractors & customers.
- Customer service experience is an asset.
- A technical background in lighting, power systems, or electrical distribution is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, time management/organization skills.
- Strong computer skills (Outlook & Excel).
- Previous quotation experience would be preferred.
