Role Summary/Purpose


The Pump Assembler Technician will report to the International Pump Shop Manager and will play an important role servicing internal & external customers around the globe.


Essential Responsibilities

  • Assemble Bottom Hole Pumps.
  • Inspection and packaging of components
  • Maintains area in an orderly manner and other duties as assigned.
  • Fully participate in EHS Management Program and comply with all
    Environmental,
    Health and
    Safety regulations
  • Ensure compliance in respective areas of control with all Quality Management System requirements, policies and procedures.
  • Ensure product quality, workmanship and conformance to all applicable processes, requirements and regulatory standards in accordance with the established quality assurance system.
  • Be a proactive team member and identify improvement for product lines and/or processes.
  • Experience with overhead lifting equipment including forklift and OH Crane preferred.
  • Those with JDE experience given special consideration.
  • Other duties as required.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Ability to read and follow written instructions, analyze, and interpret working drawings, technical.
specifications, etc.

  • Must be mechanically inclined.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly and safely.
  • High School GED (General Education Diploma) or equivalent
  • Must pass prescreening, including drug and alcohol testing.
  • Able to follow verbal and written instructions with mínimal supervision.
  • Prepared to work in a team, supporting, manner.
  • Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the country in which the position is located.
  • Must live within Red Deer area
