As an IAM Application Analyst, you will help maintain and develop assets in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team.


Your role:

  • Understand the endtoend integration (flows, consumers, authentication, data, etc.) of Internal IAM components
  • Ensure that the documentation of all ecosystem subcomponents (Configuration Item
  • CI) is kept up to date in the Bank's asset management tool (CMDB
  • Configuration Management Database) and meets the expected compliance level
  • Monitor infrastructure hardening and maintenance (patches, vulnerabilities, certificate renewals, etc.)
  • Lead workshops on various asset management topics and followups
  • Manage bugs, anomalies, changes, problems, etc.
  • On an ongoing basis, participate in improving and automating processes to support business projects and users

Required competencies:


  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
  • Approximately 5 years of relevant professional experience as an analyst in IT project delivery and/or cybersecurity
  • ITIL Certification
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong commitment to client satisfaction
  • Proven analytical and synthesis skills and the ability to explain complex concepts
  • Ability to work under pressure (in the event of a major incident)
  • Knowledge of the CMDB and Atlassian suite (Jira and Confluence)
  • Knowledge of identity and access management, a major asset
  • Proficiency in French and English
  • Experience in teams responsible for developing complex software solutions including backend services (microservice architecture) and client interfaces

Preferred competencies:

  • Pipeline and DevOps knowledge, an asset
  • Knowledge of these tools and concepts is a definite plus: Azure AD, CyberArk, SSO, IdentityIQ
  • Experience with Agile methodology/SAFe
