As an IAM Application Analyst, you will help maintain and develop assets in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team.

Your role:

Understand the endtoend integration (flows, consumers, authentication, data, etc.) of Internal IAM components
Ensure that the documentation of all ecosystem subcomponents (Configuration Item
CI) is kept up to date in the Bank's asset management tool (CMDB
Configuration Management Database) and meets the expected compliance level
Monitor infrastructure hardening and maintenance (patches, vulnerabilities, certificate renewals, etc.)
Lead workshops on various asset management topics and followups
Manage bugs, anomalies, changes, problems, etc.
On an ongoing basis, participate in improving and automating processes to support business projects and users

Required competencies:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
Approximately 5 years of relevant professional experience as an analyst in IT project delivery and/or cybersecurity
ITIL Certification
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong commitment to client satisfaction
Proven analytical and synthesis skills and the ability to explain complex concepts
Ability to work under pressure (in the event of a major incident)
Knowledge of the CMDB and Atlassian suite (Jira and Confluence)
Knowledge of identity and access management, a major asset
Proficiency in French and English
Experience in teams responsible for developing complex software solutions including backend services (microservice architecture) and client interfaces

Preferred competencies:

Pipeline and DevOps knowledge, an asset
Knowledge of these tools and concepts is a definite plus: Azure AD, CyberArk, SSO, IdentityIQ
Experience with Agile methodology/SAFe
