Full-Time | Monday to Thursday | 730 AM to 600 PM
Jaguar Land Rover Richmond is looking for a full-time Receptionist to be the face of one of the most impressive automotive facilities in Canada.
Our dealership is a state-of-the-art, three-level facility designed to deliver a premium experience to every guest who walks through our doors.
Many of our strongest careers in administration, accounting, sales, and finance began right here at the front desk. We are looking for someone who wants more than just a job. We are looking for someone who wants to build a future in the automotive industry.
What You'll Do
Greet and welcome clients in a professional, warm, and confident manner
Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently and accurately
Support the sales, service, and leadership teams with administrative tasks
Manage client flow and ensure every guest is assisted quickly
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
Assist with basic clerical and data entry tasks as needed
Act as the central communication point for the dealership

Previous reception, customer service, or administrative experience is an asset, but not required
