We expect all our Team Members regardless of their position to execute their jobs with safety at the forefront and with precision.

We're looking for an experienced Grader Operator who can:

Minimum of 3 years experience as an Grader Operator
Safely operate a GPS Bulldozer/Grader
Fine grade works for both bulk earthworks and road projects
Rough grade and bulk excavation work for both bulk earthwork and road projects
Operate other heavy equipment like earth movers, bulldozers, frontend loaders, excavators, backhoes and other related equipment.
Operate equipment in a safe and professional manner. As well as, work in adherence to safe practices, procedures, work site or traffic laws.
Experience working around all types of utility lines and properly exposing them, debris removal, trenching and digging, excavation of sensitive underground piping and cables.
Ensure all equipment and components are in good working condition at all times. Report any deficiencies to the manager.
Perform pre and post trip inspections, follow company policies and procedures for routine maintenance, perform general housekeeping to ensure units are operating properly.
Complete and maintain Daily Inspection Safety Log
Maintain and use appropriate personal protective equipment.
Provide support to successful completion of construction and engineering work
Report to their Foreman or Superintendent for direction, tasking or assignments
Perform other duties, as and when assigned
