The key responsibilities of this roll include: o Provide administrative support which will include, answering incoming phone calls, daily mail pick-up and delivery, daily bank deposits, bank statement reconciliation, manage debit machine transactions, balance daily cash transactions and prepare weekly payroll, o Manage accounts receivables, post customer payments and print monthly receivable statements.
- Monitor and respond to incoming communications and initiate communications when required.
- Perform tasks related to filing, invoice handling, document tracking and photocopying.
Qualifications:
- 25 years of relevant experience and strong skills in Microsoft Offlce, primarily Word and Excel o Friendly verbal communication skills and excellent written communication skills.
- Customer serviceoriented attitude. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and timeliness to deadlines.
Salary:
$40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
