Responsibilities:

• Sell insurance policies to potential clients
• Develop and maintain a client base through networking and referrals
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their insurance needs
• Explain insurance policies and coverage options to clients
• Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients' needs
• Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Skills:

• Strong sales skills with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience in telemarketing or sales administration is beneficial
• Ability to effectively negotiate and persuade clients to purchase insurance policies
• Selfmotivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Proficient in using computer software for data entry and record keeping

Salary:
$20.79-$23.88 per hour
