- Improve internal engineering processes to continue to improve team effectiveness
- Work with our management team to deliver against ambitious roadmaps for our clients, and build the company
- Build, manage, and retain teams of engineers within the company
Ultimately, we are looking for a player-coach engineer. You'll both be writing code and managing engineering teams.

- 7+ years of experience in a software engineering role (i.e. software, systems, architecture)
