_What You Will be Doing at Q-Air?_

  • Perform routine maintenance to ensure safe and optimum functioning of equipment, systems and processes.
  • Troubleshoot, repair and modify equipment to maintain production efficiency and workplace safety.
  • Generate parts list, work with vendors supplying parts and give estimates for the maintenance and repairs.
  • Train shop teammates on any new equipment and / or modifications to existing equipment.

_What Will You Need to Become a Part of the Q-Air Team?_

Minimum qualifications and education requirement
- _
Minimum two years_ experience working with mechanical, pneumatic and basic electrical and maintenance and repairs.

  • Ability to read and interpret schematic diagrams
  • Must be organized and detailoriented
  • Effective verbal and written communication

Preferred qualification and education

  • Two years technical diploma from an accredited school or college

Special demands

  • Overtime hours when required
  • Start prior to or after production when needed.
  • Travel to other facility
  • Must be familiar with and adhere to Q-Air and OH&S Standards

Physical demands

  • Heavy lifting as required
  • Working conditions may be noisy, dusty and hot or cold

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$18.00-$25.00 per hour
