We are currently experiencing unprecedented demand for our buildings and are ramping up our teams across all departments. Nexii offers competitive compensation, a four-day work week, benefits from day one, three weeks of vacation (four weeks after a year of employment) and abundant overtime opportunities.

Starting hourly wages range from$23.00-$33.00 per hour depending on experience.


About the role
Reporting to one of our Production Supervisors, our

Production Team Members are the heartbeat of our manufacturing facility. Working in one of our four main departments, Logistics, Pre-Assembly, Casting, or Finishing, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks as we take raw materials and turn them into our innovative building panels.


Using various power tools and equipment, from CNCs to gantry cranes, floor grinders to telehandlers, we work together to ensure that our panels are built to the highest quality and sustainability standards.

We pride ourselves on our unwavering commitment to safety, and the continuous improvement of our people and processes is built-in to our working culture.


What you'll need:

A willingness to learn. Training is provided for all tasks and tools, regardless of previous experience. If you have a desire to learn and master new skills and processes, you'll fit right in.
