Frontier Supply Chain Solutions Inc. (Frontier) provides delivery of small courier packages to residential homes & commercial businesses.


Due to increased seasonal volume, we are seeking Independent Owner Operators to work immediately to the end of December 2023.

Owner Operators may continue into 2024 depending on post seasonal volume and Owner Operator availability.


Owner Operators are needed for all areas of the city, however the desire to work in North and South Winnipeg will be an asset.

Freight pickup will be at our facility located on Hervo Street.


Using your personal (or commercial) vehicle, and insured accordingly for courier work, you will deliver between pieces of freight within Winnipeg, MB and surrounding areas such as Headingly, St.

Norbert, East &/or West St. Paul. Freight will vary in size from small plastic bags, small to medium sized boxes, and other odd shapes. Most items will be clothing, shoes, toys, books, electronics, health & beauty products, and other personal and business items.

Per every item delivered, you will be paid:

  • One delivery price, plus
  • Fuel Surcharge, plus
  • An extra premium for heavier freight

Average daily pay will be between $180-$260 assuming an average of 90+ deliveries.


Drivers that will succeed are those that:

  • have a reliable vehicle, and
- have a newer cell phone with DATA, and
- know the city well, and
- can deliver quickly per our standards, and
- can follow planned routing/manifests, and
- is flexible with the amount of deliveries per day or shifts per week.

  • Can pickup freight at 10:00am and complete all deliveries prior to 9:00 pm (same day)

Qualifications:


  • Must have own, reliable vehicle.
  • SUV, Mini Vans are ideal. Smaller vehicles may limit the amount that can be delivered.
  • Vehicle must have 3rd party liability insurance.
  • Vehicle must be insured with proper insurance (Common Carrier Local)
  • Must assume all cost for lost or damaged items. or provide cargo loss insurance.
  • Valid Class 5 license.
  • Clean driver's abstract (MPI report)
  • DSR Movement history (MPI report), showing at least +1 or greater.
  • Clean criminal background check. (Wpg Police Service, RCMP or similar)
  • Ability to lift/transport 25 lbs alone or with tools such as hand dolly.
  • Knowledge of Winnipeg.
  • Flexibility in delivery area and delivery schedule.
  • Able to read, write, and clearly communicate in English.

$16.65-$25.00 per hour
