Job Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity for an Identity & Access Management Lead to join us on a full-time permanent basis.
In your new role, you will lead a small team and have responsible for the strategy, design, implementation and operation on the IAM within Ledcor.
As a Leader you will build and leverage relationships within business groups and technical teams to successfully support the enterprise wide identity & access management program while providing consistent end-to-end identity creation and access management.
This position will be suited to an individual who has experience with the strategy, planning, implementation, and operational management of Identity & Access Management programs in previous positions.
Responsibilities:
- Overall delivery and operations support of the Identity & Access Management (IAM) program across the Ledcor group
- Responsibility from inception to implementation including: creating processes and standards for identity creation and use across the enterprise, as well as assigned access and permissions
- Responsible for the Identity & Access Management (IAM) service strategy, architecture, and design across Ledcor
- Proactively identifying process improvement opportunities and work prioritization
- Responsible for the education of stakeholders on IAM policies and processes
Requirements:
- 10+ Years of experience within IT, 5 of those years being spent within Identity & Access Management
- Experience leading and working through an Identity & Access Management project from start to finish
- Technical experience including Active Directory, MS Azure, Okta, Single Sign On (SSO), SAML, OAuth, CASB, PAM, SailPoint, CyberArk, and similar
- Experience in identity governance, identity provisioning, identity assurance, access management, privileged access management, encryption, and segregation of duties (IAM/IGA)
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders at varying levels in the organization
- Strong project management and leadership skills, ability to work with little supervision
- Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and oral communication
Working Conditions:
- Occasional travel may be required
