Responsibilities

Support overall marketing strategy and execution to hit internal KPI goals
Maintain an uptodate campaign calendar and coordinate with internal stakeholders
Tracking and reviewing all campaign metrics on a daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc basis to identify opportunities for optimization, and help build dashboards and presentations for senior leadership
Measurement and optimization of content and campaign performance
Ensure all communications are aligned with the business KPIs, brand and compliance guidelines
Work with graphics designers to develop marketing campaign creative assets
Work cooperatively with crossfunctional team of internal and external stakeholders copywriter, compliance, operations and product
Collaborating and assisting on other marketing/sales projects as requested

Requirements:

Postsecondary degree or diploma related to Marketing or Communications
Certified as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator required
Excellent relationship management & communication
Highly analytical and adept in analyzing data and creating dashboards in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Very high attention to detail and excellent project management skills
Experience in the financial industry preferred
Ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines
