The Homemaker reports to the Site Manager and works in accordance with the mission and philosophy of Lookout Housing and Health Society including following Lookout's Code of Ethics.
The Homemaker performs a variety of cleaning duties ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of resident rooms.
Qualifications & Competence
+- Minimum Grade 12 education plus one (1) year of recent related experience;
- Must have current Occupational First Aid Level 1 Certificate
- Crisis Intervention Skills Training is an asset
- Able to work independently or in a team setting
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively; both verbally/li>and/writing;
- Must understand/maintain clientele/worker boundaries
