Job summary
The Mechanical Manager provides strategic leadership and technical oversight for the mechanical and electrical infrastructure across a multi-site residential portfolio.This role is responsible for the lifecycle management of central hydronic systems, in-suite HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical systems, ensuring peak operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and a high standard of resident comfort.
Your contributions to the team include:
- Oversee the operation and performance of high-capacity hot-water boilers, pumps, and heat exchangers to ensure maximum energy efficiency and system uptime.
