Job description

  • Accounts Receivables and Payables
  • Organize files and documents on company assets
  • Back up for the administrative team, assist sales team and management
  • Work with various departments to ensure work is completed efficiently
  • Respond to vendors and customers
  • Purchasing equipment, supplies, and products

Requirements:


  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Sage 50 experience or similar required
  • Experience with Dropbox, MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience with Accounts Receivables/Payables
  • Able to work independently and efficiently
  • Excellent multitasking skills and ability to handle multiple deadlines and tasks, and the ability to prioritize to meet goals
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
