Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital media campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote the company's services and solutions, both in field and digitally
- Manage all aspects of the company's website, ensuring it accurately represents our brand and effectively communicates our services and value proposition
- Oversee search engine optimization (SEO) efforts to improve online visibility and drive organic traffic to the website
- Plan, coordinate and execute conferences and tradeshows exhibitions to showcase our company's expertise and attract potential clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather insights and develop targeted marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make datadriven decisions to optimize results
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices to continually improve marketing efforts and maintain a competitive edge
- Have effective communication, fostering positive relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor's degree and/or diploma in a related field: Marketing, eCommerce, Business
- 13 years of experience in a marketing related position is a must
- Proven experience in executing marketing campaigns, data analysis and website management
- Must have experience and knowledge of WordPress, Google Analytics and social media ads
- Must have experience using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Strong strategic thinking and creative skills to develop innovative marketing strategies
- Knowledge of SEM and CRM tools
- Knowledge of HTML would be an asset
- Background in B2B or environmental engineering industry is an asset but not a requirement
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Must have a valid and up to date passport and is able to travel within North America
