Tytan Glove & Safety Inc. has been providing PPE products to industry for over a decade in Ontario.Our parent company, Magid Glove & Safety Mfg in Chicago, Illinois, has been a leader in the PPE industry for the past 76 years.
Responsibilities:
These duties include, but are not limited to:
- Manage and monitor customer quotes and buying patterns, follow up as required and get feedback from customer
- Present and Sell the Vending Program to prospects via field sales reps
- Facilitate the sales cycle for vending opportunities by analysing data to ensure maximum profitability and create agreements and prelaunch plans
- Responsible to call ALL customers in your portfolio weekly to track and review partnership development
- Generate and send out reports as required
- Plan and organize internal communication related to your key account portfolio
- Perform Quarterly/Annual Business Reviews
- Help drive Sales and meet or exceed Business targets
- Support field sales with technical sales via presentations and or demonstrations for product offerings that are technical in nature
- Facilitate SSR (Special Sample Requests) when trying to create custom products for large Key Accounts
Requirements:
- 3 years of sales experience (special consideration will be given for PPE experience)
- Sales negotiation and presentation skills
- Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Able to think logically around issues & tasks and provide solutions
- Excellent communicator with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Superb motivation with the ability to work well independently with mínimal supervision
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must possess a valid driver's license and Canadian passport
- Proficient in MS Office
