As a Growth Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in optimizing our paid social channels to meet acquisition, revenue, and traffic targets while contributing to the development of creative strategies and initiatives.

The Opportunity:


  • Oversee daytoday management and execution of paid social campaigns and programs, including crossfunctional reporting, pacing, A/B testing, and account hygiene checks.
  • Optimize performance to meet business objectives and weekly targets, collaborating closely with channel managers.
  • Own creative trafficking and communications between teams, working closely with Creative and Integrated Marketing teams to ensure concepts and messaging align with channel and audience strategies.
  • Conduct regular analyses and surface qualitative and quantitative insights to drive optimal performance, strategy recommendations and stakeholder buyin.
  • Collaborate with vendor partners such as Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, and others to deliver highimpact initiatives and identify growth opportunities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and new tools to continually innovate and improve Knix's paid social strategy and growth efforts.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 23 years of relevant experience in paid social channels such as Meta, Pinterest and TikTok.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Meta is required.
  • Understanding of directresponse marketing principles and managing to CAC and ROAS KPIs.
  • Familiarity with brand/upperfunnel marketing is beneficial.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
  • Experience optimizing against thirdparty analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Omniture, Amplitude, or Rockerbox.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Agency experience is a plus.
