Job summary
This is a challenging role that offers a chance to make a difference in the lives of residents and their families. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing social work services to residents and their families through counselling, consultation, education and advocacy. They will also identify concerns within the facility and work collaboratively with all staff to implement appropriate interventions to meet the psycho-social needs of residents.Responsibilities
