Clean Harbors is looking for a
Heavy Equipment Operator who has experience operating Skid Steers, Loaders and Excavators, to join their safety conscious team

  • Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times.
  • Operating yellow iron equipment such as skid steers, loaders, or mini excavators.
  • Completing daily checklist as required for proper operation of yellow iron equipment.
  • Assuring yellow iron equipment has daily maintenance duties performed and communicates and problems or issues with the unit immediately upon discovery.
  • Valid G license is required.
  • 1+ years of experience operating a skid steer, loader, or Excavator.
  • Capable of working outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to work with mínimal supervision in a team and safety focused environment.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs regularly throughout the day.

Pay:
$26.00-$28.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Guelph, ON N1G 4P5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- heavy equipment operator (Skid Steer and/ or Loader): 1 year (required)
