Job Overview

Responsibilities

• Brand Development: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to elevate the brand presence in the market.
• Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing initiatives, including social media management, content creation, and online advertising campaigns.
• Event Planning: Plan and execute engaging events to promote our products, creating memorable experiences for our customers.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams, including Sales, Production, and Design, to ensure alignment in brand messaging and promotional activities.
• Content Creation: Generate compelling and creative content for various platforms, including websites, social media, and promotional materials.
• Public Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with key media outlets and influencers to secure coverage and endorsements.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to drive datadriven decisionmaking.
• Budget Management: Effectively manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation for maximum impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the spirits or beverage industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and social media platforms.
• Exceptional creativity and a keen eye for design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Experience with marketing analytics tools is a plus.
