- Coordinate the design, validation and implementation of change management strategies.
- Ensure the update and evolution of project tracking tools, impact analyses and change management analysis documents.
- Prepare change management presentations and analyses for the management team.
- Conduct stakeholder and impact analysis in partnership with business analysts, product owners and other relevant specialists for medium complexity projects.
- Liaise with contacts in other areas affected by the changes..
- Participate in project meetings, workshops and other activities.
- Work collaboratively with the Senior Business Advisor and Project Manager on their initiatives.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any combination of equivalent education and experience
- Ability and interest in both strategic thinking and execution of deliverables
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to deal with ambiguity
- Excellent team player and initiative
- Facilitation skills (an asset)
- Bilingual (French and English) is an asset . Need to interact on a regular basis with an English-speaking clientele and colleagues across the country.
- No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada
