- We're looking for a qualified, Permanent Full-Time Employee Experience Assistant

Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Support the leadership team and employees on claim administration;
- Work with our external partner (Hamilton and Partners) with claims processes
- Privacy Breach incidents are escalated to Senior Leadership to review and manage resolution and reporting requirements;
- Set up disability claims and/or handling followups for claim;
- Handle various reporting requirements;
- Review payments for vendor invoices;
- Data entry of claims information;
- File tracking/search/retrieval
- Handle all aspects of disabilities files
- Postsecondary education (college or university level) preferred
- Experience in disabilities management a must;
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy;
- Strong PC skills with experience using Adobe, Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel;
- Excellent organization, prioritization, and planning disabilities;
- Strong written and oral communication skills;
- Thrives in a fastpaced environment;
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to cope with high workload volumes and conflicting deadlines;
- Selfmotivated, analytical, proactive;
- Ability to probe, investigate and take ownership of discrepancies/issues and see through to resolution;
- Tact and diplomacy;
- Able to work independently as well as with the Employee Experience team and Villages.
- Taking initiative to approach and effectively solve difficult situations.
- Clear Criminal Record and Vulnerable Sector check.
