***- This role will support brand managers across core marketing operations of GSK vaccine brands, including brand/launch planning, developing promotional materials, data analytics, insights generation and managing key performance indicators.


POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Developing and execute promotional materials with sales force and customer facing programs
  • Data analytics and insights generation to support strategic and operational planning
  • Create and manage brand key performance indicators aligned to brand strategy (KPIs)
  • Act as a core member of the brand crossfunctional team
  • Project management of key brand activities
  • Understand how patients, health care professionals and other key stakeholders navigate the health care system and integrate these insights into brand strategy
  • Understand GSK products, strategies and positioning as well as those of key competitors.
  • Contribute to a great working environment by bringing energy and commitment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Working towards an MBA or similar program
  • General knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and Canadian healthcare system is required.
  • High sense of initiative with a Business Owner mindset.
  • Creative, persuasive individual who works well in a team environment.
  • Proven ability to deal with ambiguity, take initiative and lead projects.
  • Results oriented with a proven ability to prioritize work and meet challenging deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to facilitate group meetings.
  • Welldeveloped communication skills including listening, summarizing, probing, clarifying.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new ways of working and identify opportunities for personal development.
  • High level of business integrity and ethics.
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, PPT and agility to learn new programs.
