***- This role will support brand managers across core marketing operations of GSK vaccine brands, including brand/launch planning, developing promotional materials, data analytics, insights generation and managing key performance indicators.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Developing and execute promotional materials with sales force and customer facing programs
Data analytics and insights generation to support strategic and operational planning
Create and manage brand key performance indicators aligned to brand strategy (KPIs)
Act as a core member of the brand crossfunctional team
Project management of key brand activities
Understand how patients, health care professionals and other key stakeholders navigate the health care system and integrate these insights into brand strategy
Understand GSK products, strategies and positioning as well as those of key competitors.
Contribute to a great working environment by bringing energy and commitment.

QUALIFICATIONS

Working towards an MBA or similar program
General knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and Canadian healthcare system is required.
High sense of initiative with a Business Owner mindset.
Creative, persuasive individual who works well in a team environment.
Proven ability to deal with ambiguity, take initiative and lead projects.
Results oriented with a proven ability to prioritize work and meet challenging deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to facilitate group meetings.
Welldeveloped communication skills including listening, summarizing, probing, clarifying.
Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new ways of working and identify opportunities for personal development.
High level of business integrity and ethics.
Working knowledge of Word, Excel, PPT and agility to learn new programs.
