About the role:

The Customer Service Representative with Campbell Petroleum (a division of MacEwen Petroleum Inc.), reporting to the Division Manager, will provide exceptional customer service in person and on the telephone.

Process payments and invoicing for customers and respond to customer and driver inquiries.

This role is permanent full-time, Monday to Friday, based out of our Hawkesbury division.

In this role, you will:

Respond to customer inquiries, in person or on the phone
Take customer orders for goods or services; promote goods or services; respond to inquiries and update accounts.
Provide information about accounts; update accounts; initiate billing and process payments; and receive payment for services.
Performs Accounts receivable tasks including contacting customers.
Daily Bank deposits.
Process overthecounter Lubricant sales.
Cardlock inventory Fuel movements.
Cardlock administration.
Provide customer service at our service station operating fuel pumps.
Act as a back for other divisions when required (e.g. Bourget).

Requirements:

Completion of secondary school is required.
2+ years of experience in a customer service/clerical role is required.
Someone who shares our company values.
Proven ability to work with mínimal supervision and exceed expectations.
A high degree of proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, verbal and written, and telephone.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask, and juggle competing deadlines and multiple priorities.
