We foster a positive, fun, and supportive team environment with the opportunity to grow within the company.We currently have an opportunity for a full time Administrative Assistant - Rental Division for our Calgary office. We are looking for a highly organized and self-motivated professional. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00AM to 4:30PM.
Your Impact:
(Duties)
- Provide administrative assistance to multiple Property Managers
- Type/format/proofread documents and correspondence
- You have energy, enthusiasm, a great sense of humor and exceptional customer service abilities
Your Expertise:
years of experience, rental experience an asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, willingness to learn new programs
- Exceptional attention the detail and organizational skills
- Proactive and flexible with the ability to work with little direction in a fastpaced environment
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Experience with facilitating customer requests and concerns
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work with interruptions
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
