  • Business is booming at Flexspring. We seek an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our allstar Sales team. If you love to proactively solve problems, flawlessly plan and execute projects, collaborate with a young, motivated, and diverse team, and work in a fastpaced environment, then we would like to meet you.

Your Key Responsibilities- Sell data integration solutions to HR professionals who want to streamline their department's workflow. 80% of your job: Qualify and sell to the high volume of inbound integration leads coming in daily to Modulus Data. Segment opportunities between smaller and larger integration deals. Close integration deals with small and midsize businesses. Support a National Sales Director in closing large, enterprise integration deals.
Fill in Statement of Work contracts to document what integrations are being sold to clients. Record details about client interactions in Salesforce.

Required Skills And AttributesA College degree or relevant business experience. 2 years experience in business development, lead generation, or sales—ideally with a software as a service (SaaS) or technology company. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Confident presenting over Zoom. Enjoy connecting and talking over the phone with decision-makers. Be a good listener to identify a business's integration pain point. Possess a high level of initiative and responsibility for self-reliant action. Ability to learn from an experienced colleague who will guide you toward success.
Nice to Have- HR business process knowledge from selling software or technology to HR departments. Comfortable explaining complex technology in simple ways to non-technical HR professionals. French, Spanish, Arabic or any other languages.**_
